Dré Wapenaar, Peter van Russen Groen, Valentijn Visch now form a trio,

focussing on works of : Philip Glass, Joep Franssens and Simeon ten Holt.

ANDREAS KUNSTEIN and SOFIE HANEKROOT compose 2 compositions fort the trio.

Wapenaar and Van Russen Groen form a piano-duo since 2010 when they started their tour with Simeon ten Holt’s famous work: “Canto Ostinato” and Joep Franssens’ “Old Songs, New Songs”.
( Festival Grenswerk 2010, Oerol Festival 2012, Dordtyart 2013, Bring the Spring 2013 ). But their perfomances together dates back to the seventies ! Valentijn Visch joined the duo in 2016 after which he immediately started to write arrangements for 3 piano’s for RUBRIC. They succesfully performed Philip Glass’ Glassworks at Dordtyart 2017.
